Room requests
Write to the desk
Use the letter form when you want a human check on a stay at one of the ten casino hotels, rather than a hurried booking engine. I need enough detail to read the request properly, but I do not ask for card details, and a booking is not made on this site.

The ten — Write to the desk
What to put in the letter
The form asks for your dates, the number of travellers, and the house you have in mind. If you are still choosing, name the state, the city, or the kind of stay you want, and I will read it against all ten essays rather than force a quick answer. If you already know the property, write it plainly: Wrest Point, Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth, The Star Sydney, SkyCity Adelaide and Eos, Country Club Tasmania, Mindil Beach, Lasseters, Crown Sydney, or The Star Brisbane.
It also helps to say whether you need one room or more, whether the travellers are adults only, whether accessibility matters, and whether your dates are fixed. I do not need long personal notes, but I do need the practical facts that affect a room request. If the question is really about which house fits a route or a city, the comparison and the page by state may help you frame the note before you send it.
What happens next
I read the letter at the desk and reply by email, usually within one working day. The reply may point you to the hotel’s own booking page, ask one or two clarifying questions, or say that the published facts do not answer the thing you want to know. Where the site earns through hotel-booking referrals or a booking partner, that is explained on how this site earns; the rankings themselves are editorial and not sold.
Please do not send card numbers, security codes, passport scans, or gambling account details. This site is about physical casino-hotel buildings and places to sleep; it does not offer online casino play. If a booking proceeds, the booking relationship is with the hotel or booking partner, not with this desk. For the way I treat form data, read the privacy notice.
- Your dates, travellers and the house.
- The desk asks the hotel about a room and the current rate.
- You get a reply by email, usually within one working day.
- You book with the hotel or the partner; no card details here.
A word on money: when a reader goes on to book a house through our links, or asks the desk to arrange a stay, the hotel or a booking partner pays this journal a commission. No house can buy its place in the order.
A letter to the desk
Ask the desk to look into a stay
Tell the desk your dates and the house you have in mind; it asks the hotel about a room and the current rate and writes back by email, usually within one working day. No card details are taken here.
